Dash for Cash

Jackie Maxwell, Coral Smith, Pauline Bourne, Wendy Saul, Carmel Hyde and Lorraine Hyde stepped outside to enjoy the sunshine and watch a few ends of the recent Dash for Cash.

This Men’s Fours competition is sponsored by Safeway Security Screens and the next (and last) one for the year will be held on 29th August.

Women’s Handicap Triples

The Women’s Handicap Triples was rescheduled from April and played on 21st July.

Thirty ladies took part, playing two games on a perfect day for bowls.

Congratulations to the winners Jan Power-Tuke, Barbara Lorencs and Helen Teasdale (pictured) and well done to the Runners Up Lee Leach, Denise Odell and Wendy Flack.
